Payments Policy
MediExpress accepts payments through approved payment methods, subject to order confirmation, product availability, serviceability, verification, and applicable terms.
We may accept the following payment methods:

Other payment methods approved by MediExpress on a case-to-case basis like Cash on delivery
All online payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers, card networks, or payment service providers. By making a payment, you agree to the terms, charges, processing timelines, and security practices of the relevant payment service provider.
MediExpress does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, net banking passwords, or full payment credentials on its website.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is generally not available and are only available in special pre-approved cases.
Cash payment may be accepted only in limited cases within Delhi NCR, where MediExpress staff personally visits the customer location for delivery, installation, demonstration, service, or collection.
Acceptance of cash payment is at the sole discretion of MediExpress and must be confirmed in advance. Cash payment may not be available for all products, services, locations, orders, or customers.
UPI Payments
UPI payments are accepted, subject to successful transaction confirmation.
An order will be processed only after MediExpress receives payment confirmation. A payment screenshot alone may not be treated as final proof of payment unless the transaction is verified in our bank account, UPI account, or payment system.
MediExpress shall not be responsible for UPI downtime, bank server issues, failed transactions, delayed settlements, duplicate debits, incorrect UPI ID, wrong payment details, or payment made to an incorrect account.
Debit Card and Credit Card Payments
Debit card and credit card payments may be accepted through approved payment gateways or card processing partners.
Additional charges, payment gateway fees, convenience fees, card processing fees, bank charges, or service charges may apply on debit card or credit card payments. Such charges, if applicable, may be added to the payable amount or communicated before payment confirmation.
MediExpress may refuse, delay, or cancel an order if payment is not successfully received, verified, or settled.
Payment Confirmation
Placing an order or making a payment does not automatically confirm acceptance of the order.
An order is confirmed only after:
Product availability is verified
Payment is successfully received or approved
Prescription or documents are verified, where required
Delivery or installation feasibility is confirmed
MediExpress accepts the order through invoice, WhatsApp, email, phone confirmation, or other communication
MediExpress may cancel or refuse an order even after payment if the product is unavailable, prescription verification fails, delivery is not serviceable, incorrect details are provided, the transaction appears suspicious, or fulfilment is not possible due to supplier, manufacturer, regulatory, logistics, or operational reasons.
If an order is cancelled by MediExpress after payment, the eligible refund will be processed as per the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Payments
If payment is deducted from your account but not received or confirmed by MediExpress, the order may not be processed until payment confirmation is received.
In such cases, the customer may need to contact their bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway for resolution.
For duplicate payments received and confirmed by MediExpress, an eligible refund may be processed after verification.
MediExpress shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, UPI providers, card networks, or third-party payment service providers.
Refunds
Refunds are not automatic and are allowed only where approved under the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
If a refund is approved, it may be processed through the original payment method or any other method approved by MediExpress.
Payment gateway fees, card charges, convenience fees, service charges, shipping charges, installation charges, visit charges, packaging charges, and other non-product charges may be deducted where applicable.
Refund timelines may depend on MediExpress approval, payment gateway timelines, bank timelines, UPI provider timelines, card network timelines, and other third-party processing timelines.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to orders, enquiries, deliveries, installations, and services made through or in relation to MediExpress and our website, www.mediexpress.in.
By placing an order, making a payment, or accepting delivery from MediExpress, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping and Delivery Policy.

2. Delivery Areas
MediExpress may deliver products within Delhi NCR and selected locations across India, depending on product type, stock availability, delivery feasibility, courier serviceability, cold-chain requirements, installation requirements, and internal confirmation.
Delivery may not be available for all products or all locations.
For certain products, especially medical equipment, bulky items, prescription-based products, cold-chain products, temperature-sensitive products, or products requiring installation, delivery may be limited to specific areas only.
3. Delhi NCR Delivery and Installation
For Delhi NCR, MediExpress may deliver certain products through its own staff, service team, technician, or authorised delivery partner.
Where installation, demonstration, fitting, setup, or service is required, delivery may be scheduled based on staff availability, customer availability, product type, location, and order confirmation.
Cash payment may be accepted only in limited Delhi NCR cases where MediExpress staff personally visits for delivery, installation, demonstration, service, or collection. Cash acceptance must be confirmed in advance by MediExpress.
4. Delivery Outside Delhi NCR
For locations outside Delhi NCR, delivery may be handled through courier companies, logistics partners, transport services, manufacturers, distributors, or other third-party delivery providers.
Delivery outside Delhi NCR is subject to:
Product availability
Courier or logistics serviceability
Payment confirmation
Prescription/document verification, where required
Packaging feasibility
Product category
Delivery location
Applicable laws and regulations
Supplier or manufacturer terms
MediExpress may refuse or cancel delivery to any location where delivery is not feasible, not legally permitted, not safe, not serviceable, or not commercially practical.
5. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on:
Product availability
Order confirmation
Payment confirmation
Prescription or document verification
Customer response time
Delivery location
Courier availability
Installation or technician availability
Weather, traffic, holidays, strikes, lockdowns, transport delays, or force majeure events
Supplier, manufacturer, or logistics delays
MediExpress will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeline, but shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, logistics providers, manufacturers, suppliers, transport issues, customer unavailability, incorrect details, payment delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.
For orders within Delhi NCR, expected delivery is generally within 24 to 72 hours after order confirmation, payment confirmation, product availability confirmation, and prescription/document verification where applicable. Same-day or urgent delivery may be available for selected products and locations only after confirmation by MediExpress.
For orders outside Delhi NCR, expected delivery is generally within 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation, payment confirmation, product availability confirmation, and prescription/document verification where applicable.
For bulky medical equipment, installation-based products, special-order products, prescription-based products, cold-chain products, temperature-sensitive products, or products arranged through suppliers/manufacturers, delivery may take longer and will be confirmed on a case-to-case basis. In some cases, delivery may take 7 to 15 working days or more depending on stock, supplier availability, logistics serviceability, installation requirement, and location.
All delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be delayed due to payment issues, prescription verification, customer unavailability, incorrect address, courier/logistics delays, manufacturer/supplier delays, weather, traffic, public holidays, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or events beyond the reasonable control of MediExpress.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping, delivery, handling, packaging, transportation, installation, and service charges may apply depending on product type, location, order value, delivery mode, urgency, size, weight, cold-chain requirement, and installation requirement.
Any applicable charges will be communicated before order confirmation wherever possible.
MediExpress may revise shipping or delivery charges if the delivery address, product quantity, product type, delivery mode, or service requirement changes after the initial quotation.
7. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including:
Full name
Correct address
Pin code
Mobile number
Alternate contact number, if available
Landmark, if required
GST details, if applicable
Prescription or supporting documents, where required
Preferred delivery time, if applicable
MediExpress shall not be responsible for failed delivery, delayed delivery, wrong delivery, additional delivery charges, order cancellation, or return to origin caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by the customer.
The customer must ensure that someone is available at the delivery location to receive the product.
8. Failed Delivery or Customer Unavailability
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, wrong phone number, restricted entry, refusal to accept delivery, delayed response, or any customer-side issue, MediExpress may charge additional delivery, handling, storage, or re-delivery charges.
For medical, prescription-based, cold-chain, temperature-sensitive, hygiene-sensitive, sterile, consumable, or specially arranged products, failed delivery may result in cancellation without refund or with deductions, depending on the product category and stage of processing.
9. Cold-Chain and Temperature-Sensitive Delivery
Certain products may require cold-chain handling or temperature-controlled delivery.
Cold-chain delivery is available only in selected areas and only after confirmation by MediExpress.
For cold-chain or temperature-sensitive products:
Delivery time and location must be confirmed in advance
Customer must be available to receive the product at the agreed time
Product must be stored immediately as per manufacturer, pharmacist, doctor, or product instructions
Product should not be refused, delayed, or left unattended
Return, refund, or replacement is not allowed once packed, dispatched, handed over, or delivered, except where specifically approved by MediExpress after verification
MediExpress shall not be responsible for temperature deviation, spoilage, damage, loss of effectiveness, failed delivery, customer unavailability, incorrect address, delayed receipt, or improper storage after delivery or attempted delivery.
10. Inspection at Delivery
Customers are advised to check the product, packaging, invoice, accessories, model, quantity, and visible condition at the time of delivery.
For high-value medical equipment, electronic devices, fragile items, cold-chain products, and sealed products, customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video.
Any complaint regarding wrong product, damaged product, missing item, or short-shipped order must be reported to MediExpress within 24 hours of delivery, along with invoice copy, clear photos, videos, packaging photos, product label, serial number, batch number, and unboxing video where available.
Claims reported after 24 hours may be rejected.
11. Installation and Demonstration
Some products may require installation, demonstration, fitting, setup, calibration, or basic usage guidance.
Installation and demonstration are available only where specifically confirmed by MediExpress.
The customer must ensure:
Availability at the scheduled time
Safe access to the location
Proper space for installation
Required electrical connection or power backup
Proper ventilation, where required
Availability of the product, accessories, invoice, and user documents
Cooperation with MediExpress staff or technician
MediExpress shall not be responsible for delay, failed installation, damage, malfunction, or additional charges caused by unsuitable site conditions, faulty electrical connection, customer unavailability, missing accessories, third-party interference, or failure to follow instructions.
12. Delivery by Third-Party Courier or Logistics Partner
Where delivery is handled by a third-party courier, logistics partner, transport provider, cold-chain partner, manufacturer, or distributor, their delivery timelines, terms, service limitations, and operational conditions may apply.
MediExpress shall not be responsible for delays, mishandling, damage, failed delivery, tracking issues, courier disputes, transport strikes, misrouting, non-serviceability, or other issues caused by third-party delivery providers, except to the extent required under applicable law.
MediExpress may assist customers in coordinating with the delivery partner where reasonably possible.
13. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss, damage, misuse, improper storage, or deterioration may pass to the customer once the product is delivered, handed over, installed, collected, or received by the customer or the customer’s representative.
For courier deliveries, risk may pass upon delivery confirmation by the courier or logistics partner.
The customer is responsible for safe handling, storage, use, and maintenance after delivery.
14. Delay, Cancellation, or Refusal of Delivery
MediExpress may delay, cancel, restrict, or refuse delivery if:
Product is unavailable
Payment is not confirmed
Prescription or document verification fails
Delivery address is not serviceable
Customer details are incomplete or incorrect
Delivery is unsafe or impractical
Product cannot be legally supplied
Product requires cold-chain or installation that is not feasible at the location
The order appears suspicious, fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorised
Supplier, manufacturer, courier, or logistics partner is unable to fulfil the order
Events beyond our reasonable control affect delivery
If an order is cancelled by MediExpress after payment, any eligible refund will be processed as per the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
